Ok we just had a new connection installed for the server but its not online yet, in a day or so the guys will come by and install the new system fully and activate it. so in a day or two we will have an extended outage (like 3 - 4 hours) and then we will switch to yet another IP but hopefully this one will be stable again for a long time to come

Woot! This frees a lot of time on my schedule. Also, it gives evryone here things to do! Hope the wait is short....

lol its not happening now, they just installed some new wiring today from the box outside to my apartment, in a couple of days they will come by and put in the new modem etc.

account so i wont get hassled by them so much...

I am aware of the Lag issue, it is due to some problems with the new wiring work done, it will be gone once the new equipment from the cable company is here hopefully. Please bear with me. thank you.

Lag will hopefully be better by tomorrow evening (EST) as I just talked to someone at my ISP and someone will be out here tomorrow to install the new equipment.
