I am performing some tests on the machine to see if I can find out whats exactly causing the freezes please bear with us, the server might be offline for upto a half hour. I will post back once either I believe I have fixed it or I have given up for a bit.

Machine is online with selective hardware removed. Hopefully this helps somewhat. Also the OS has been tweaked to not take advantage of some newer features but it might more stable. lets see how it goes.
