heya guys, how ya doing?

ok, so my warrior hit the 255 glitch and since, his defense has not leveled by even 1, although weapon skills are doing fine, leveling as they should. I even tried aggro'ing a dozen elites in stratholme in my underwear hehe, they killed me as expected but still no level gain in the defense skill.

I did not post a ticket as I think this is beyond GM help other than leveling my defense skill, which I would not waste the time asking for, GM's are busy enough when they are online.

So, KP, should I delete WDB/WTF, or just start a new char (no sense in being that high lvl if you have no defense and can't tank raids for the lower lvl guys).

I will repost, think tomorrow I will wash, rinse, repeat with same race/class and see if it happens again.

BTW, I found this out when I grouped with a 255 Paladin and went to stratholme, his defense skill was leveling up normally

Well.....such is the problem with useing bugs...but thats besides the point.

all I can think of is just keep trying to get it to level, but you most likely have to start over.

yeah it seems to be a bug in mangos that if you level too quickly sometimes the mobs hitting you dont actually seem to raise defense, I have no clue whether this will fix itself and let you continue or not, but at this point mangos dev's dont see it as a bug.
