I hit 300 today enchanting, and to celebrate, I went to stormwind to kill the king, and got jumped by some alliance. That's understandable, I guess, but there were 2 problems here. 1. Corrupted Ashbringer allows the alliance to kill horde, but appear friendly, ie. horde can't fight back ("invalid target"), 2. If you attack a warlock, especially in a group that includes an unattackable pally and 4 city guards, expect to get feared. Someone said fear is forbidden. Well warlocks can't pvp without it, so if you don't want to be feared, don't attack a warlock.

If anybody says that I should have been able to kill the pally and warrior without fear, you very clearly don't know what you are talking about. Please don't even suggest it.

If/when fear is fixed, I'll gladly go to gurubashi because I really like to PVP as a lock. Its fun to kill people who are armored like a tank while wearing a robe. Until then, just keep in mind that if you attack me, you'll get feared. I'm not just going to stand there and die because my only defensive spell is against the rules.

By the way, I've never seen it posted that fear is off limits. The effect of the spell is still pretty much the same, it just doesn't look the same.

heh and when the pally goes underneath SW there might be a problem, that i can go up or down, and ashbringer stosp all from attacking, i can run into an instance and the mobs wont chase me

lol I haven't been feared yet, so I don't know what it's like. I'm guessing it sux, but then fear and stuns are always annoying as hell. I'm wondering if anybody here can keep up the rogue stun lock thing long enough to kill someone. I know in retail rogues could keep me stunned the whole fight and I had like 5.5-6k hp with raid buff. Stupid Alliance always camping Kargath and BRM

That would be so annoying to be stunned long enough to be killed from 68k health! It would be funny to do to someone though.
