So I'm just exploring this whole new game, doin' some quests and stuff with my Tauren Warrior lvl 30. I walked to Thunder Bluff, and from there to Hunters Isle (or something like that), on Hunters Isle I spoke to an NPC and there was an option for me to "Join the Battle". So I thought, let's help the guy and I joined the battle. Well, now I'm in the battle, there are no enemies, and I have NO idea how to get out =( I tried logging in and out, exiting the game, etc. So the question is: How do I get out of that so-called "Battle" and go back to Thunderbluff?

You entered a battlegrounds. Battlegrounds is a special area for PVP (player vs. player) where you would actually fight against other players from the Alliance. On a normal server where there are thousands of people playing at the same time, the battlegrounds are usually full of people fighting, but on a private server, you will almost never find a good fight in the BG. If you're interested in fighting other players, wait untill you're level 255, and ask about the Gurubashi Arena.

To get out, you can either use your hearthstone or type .start and be returned to your starting area.
