I have been working on a community app of sorts lately. You can see a representation of it above(click the thumbnail to view full pic). currently it

allows your to check who's on the server in a list (shown above)
allows you to check a map of the den to see where people are,
allows you to post bugs in an integrated section(part of the forums so same user names and passwords),
allows you to run wow by clicking a button in the gui, the good part of lauching from here is it auto sets your realmlist to the correct one, cleans your WDB files (so the database updates we make show up properly) and launches wow in one click.
allows you to connect to the community chat, an inbuilt chat system that is integrated with the forums so you can login using your username + password from the forums....
Also has an automatic updater built in that will let you know when there is a newer version built in, if you click ok to update it will automatically update itself. you can also click cancel to update some other time.

version updated to 2.2, if you play on multiple servers this might be good for you now, when you run wow from within the program, it will rename the realmlist currently in your folder create a new one with proper info and run wow. when you close the loader it will get rid of the new one and move the old one back to proper position and name. Also credits added to the loader exe itself, just right click on the exe goto properties and goto Version.

I will be making it available soon, please post any thoughts/ideas.

put it in your wow folder. (where you wow.exe is) run it, it will auto download all files it needs (images and the program itself) then test it out and let me know of any problems

Got it. Love it. The only think I'd change is back buttons on the browser, but it's pretty sweet. Can't wait to see it in action when the server's back up.

server is online, I am making changes to it constantly, once newer version is online you will automagically get the update ofcourse

(if you say yes to the update if you say no it doesnt update). so you want a back button on the browser?
(post any suggestions you have so I can incorporate them

Just a question/comment... are you writing this in VB or Visual C# or what? Its a really cool concept and well designed app
