Vael the Uncorrupt

I've only encountered the friendly Vael in BWL--is there a way to set off the event that corrupts him?

I ask because I know that he keeps one of these on him. I tried asking nicely if he'd give me one, but he just stood there and shook his red turkey neck at me. I guess the only way I'll get it is if I poke him with a sword for about 45 minutes.

good question about vael the uncoruptable. apparently he is supposed to have the girdle of wrath, but how are we supposed to get it if he is green and we can not attack? Is it part of a quest we don't know about? Any info, god, bad, or otherwise would be appreciated. Thx

I dont know about this server (because I only just recently got an account) but on another server I played on people were able to purchase a shadowy potion which allows you to attack pretty much anyone. Vael always seems to be the hardest and longest to kill but he does drop the t2 belt which makes it all worth it!

Beward the giant gnome with the t2 set =P

but in another server I can speak with vael and vael begins to expusal powers by everything =P!
