I have tried for the last 4 hours to get WoW to downgrade.
I followed

Snoopeh had a great guide before, but I was gonna link it, but I couldn't find it,
Anywho, Start by deleting your Patch.mpq file and your wow.exe
executable.
Then run the repair.exe file, and will reset you back to TBC 2.0.0 version.

From there you can download are run the individual patches from Wowwiki.com
Also, DO NOT run the launcher.exe to start WoW or else it will auto-update,
Delete the Launcher.exe when your are reverted back to 2.1.3
And run the game from the wow executable itself.

Or as stated Below, use KP's loader to run the game.
Either way if you updated to version 2.2 , You have to rollback to play on this server.

Good luck.
(Even I can make a quality post from time to time).

and that didn't work.
So I tried

Find and Delete "wow.exe" from the base directory and the newest patch download (assuming you updated to 2.2xx using "launcher.exe")

Update all the way to the latest patch using the files in your wow directory if you updated from blizz, or downloading from wowwiki.com

update all the way to the most recent patch before 2.2.

then use the launcher located at this link

then you should be able to connect without any problems.

I just finished this rollback and can confirm that it works.
and that didn't work.
When I did the first one and used repair.exe it didn't downgrade it. It did nothing.

Can someone help please.

Having the same problem. Can't I just delete the patch from 2.1.3 to 2.2.0? Or do I have to delete more than that? XD

Personally I would just trash WoW if I had made a mistake.
Some people doesn't want to do that, also as the method suggested by Porcelon, should revert it back to 2.0.0 and then from there on, it should be possible to update up to 2.1.3 with patches from WoWWiki Patch Mirrors.
I'm not gona say if it is working for sure. It should if it really does revert to 2.0.0 with the repair tool.

It does revert to 2.0.0 as I have done it myself to test. Then used the wowwiki patches.

maybe: Just follow what's been said correctly and you will be fine.
