I would say just horde vs alliance lvl1s so you can make whatever class you want. Easiest way to do it is to just port the guys somewhere, and whatever lvl they lvl up due to territory expierience is what they will fight at (without training skills).

If I had to pick a gentle place for it, go to moonglade where there arent any nps that will kill you, and its nice and open.
