Bugs in 2.3.0 and updates

it seems mangos intro'd many bugs like 2 revs after moving to 2.3.0.... 
but not much we can do about it till mangos fixes the changes. I will fix some of the bugs I noticed in the new code and apply an update in a bit.
Also tonight will be major DB updates that should fix more quests + mobs.
sad news = if you own a legendary weapon that is instance or area specific ... well say good bye to it it will be going bye bye since recent mangos update.
