Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but to complete the supplementary quest, it requires the Pack of Incendiary Bombs. Problem is, you can only get that from within Old Hillsbrad, and as soon as you leave the instance, it poofs. Are you supposed to get it elsewhere? I've tried several times to reacquire the bombs from the NPC inside the portal, and every time I leave to go turn it in at GM island, they're gone. I know the quest info in the Armory doesn't say it requires the bombs, but I just grabbed it in game and it still says I need them.
