Your Server Needs to be all reconfigured almost all of the heros not working
try to put in the autoexec.cfg this
eventscripts_noisy 1

if didnt work you can download my server configurations here:
http://dark-soul.siteburg.com/sds.rar

and then change them has you wish.
my server configurations have some bugs like 2 timeleft etc..... but the SuperHerosMod work fine

that superherosmod already have a fixed bug that i havent released on the 1.3 version
