First of all, I'd like to say that this server is awesome. I've never played wow for longer on any other server.

Very recently (past 2 days) I've been noticing that in the middle of the game the server stops responding. Symptoms include: NPCs or mobs don't appear after discovery a new area, cannot loot, "loggout" button doesn't do anything, "exit game" button doesn't do anything, etc. I'd have to use Alt + F4 to exit the game. After I exit, I try to log in again, but nothing happens. After a short while (around 10 minutes?) I am able to log in successfully and character retrieved successfully. When I enter the world however, I noticed that much of my progress has been loss.

My question is: am I doing something wrong or is the server actually crashing? Sorry if this is a noob question -____-||
