POSSIBLE LOCATIONS:
These are nonnegotiable IT WILL BE A BUILDING CHOOSEN FROM ONE OF THE CUSTOM BUILDINGS SPAWNED ON GM ISLAND then it will be spawned and filled with the requested items and amenities.

PRICES: THESE ARE NONNEGOTIABLE THEY ARE STANDARD AND AS FAIR AS WE CAN MAKE THEM

A building will cost u 2625 solarians or 35 coins no mixing currency as this is a direct change over. 35 coins exchanged at the donator vendor will yield 2625 rupees NO EXCEPTIONS

VENDORS AND ITEMS:

your GHQ comes with a concierge and this is a vendor npc that dispenses ghq pendants that allow members to go back and forth from the GHQ but u can pay to have him do other things as well .i.e innkeeper, blade vendor or what ever. Each of these mods to your npc will cost u 2 coins or 150 solarians. Special items requests will be KP coins only. 2 chosen items of a non ridiculous variety will cost u 1 coin.

RESOURCES:
the nodes of various resources will be still be available it will be done as 1 coins or 75 solarians gives you 2 nodes up to a total of six nodes total

GAME OBJECTS:
Tables, chairs, thrones can be added as well and are priced as follows. 10 chairs is one coin or 75 rupees. Tables will be spawned for every 4 chairs. 3 thrones will cost 1 coin or 75 rupees. Limits on these are mostly up to space in the building your guild choose.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
These are taken on a case by case basis and will be payed in coins only. KEEP THESE REQUESTS REASONABLE REPEATED UNREASONABLE REQUESTS WILL RESULT IN THE DISCONTINUATION OF THIS OFFER. acceptable things would be banners, crests, flags, items for vendor, game objects and the like. The staff can take people on a tour of a magical area that contains various things that can be done/spawned if u need a visual to decide what u want.
