Sorry its taking me so long i am trying to thing of some good prices that will be fair to everyone for Guild halls, because i have to take in mind of location and size which is kinda hard.. but here is a though if you find a place that you would like for a guild post here and we can take a look at it together then we can sit down and have a discussion over the price and monthly upkeep.
