So the laptop I play games on had some sort of problem.. powers on but no boot screen.. Happened about a week ago... and I contacted HP support (brand of laptop) and they gave me the box, which they just got yesterday.. don't know how long it will stay there, but hopefully it is not over 30 days...what am i supposed to do in my case?
