I like bracket style, I prefer 3 vs 3 and 2 vs 2 myself, and I think there should be rewards for top 2 or 3 teams perhaps. this lets you have an event that is ongoing, which generates more interest usually, and if you offer prizes to the top 3 teams, more people will sign up usually.
