You use the button with the rope-like figure by the toolbox(i forgot the name).. you know.. the one with which you could custom select something(like the magic wand tool).. select the strawberry in a way that you select ONLY the strawberry.. then press Ctrl+Shift+I.. that way it goes inverse so you get to select the whole picture except the strawberry.. then grayscale.Ü get it?
