I'm new to vista. I have installed Apache, PHP, MySQL

When I try and run a php script I get the following :-

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /php/php-cgi.exe/phpmyadmin/index.php on this server.

I have given rights to IUSR. I'm stuck!

What is the solution to this?
