yup its time to get a new monitor unless you wanna repair it..... the bulbs ran out. you see each monitor has its life expectancy. and to be honest Dell monitors dont last long. you need to change teh monitor or repair it. They sell cheap LCD monitors at walmart (check that out). thats the only thing that i can tell you .. sry .. its not a connection issue, your monitor is about to die.
