Okay, here is a small "tutorial" for using http://pix.kpsh.us/
First of all, please start by registering an account there, so you can manage later on pictures you upload.
This can be done by opening the link above, clicking "Register" at the top and filling in required information. You of course can choose to pay for it, if you want to but if not, choose "Freebie".

After you are done with registration, please login.

After login, just go "Home" from the top, click "Browse" to look up an picture, select it, accept your selection and "Host it!". Also notice that you can make the picture Private if you want to by checking the check box.
After you have uploaded the file, you'll be having a site open, where you can get a chance to select from variety of links, which one you need.
In our case, we are using the "Forum code", for example, from this link: http://pix.kpsh.us/getcode.php?id=574&type=0

I get the forum code, with the tags [IMG] and [/IMG] while the link to the image is between the tags. Then, I select the text in the box, copy it and paste to a forum post.

We can center the text with advanced posting by using the text editing tools, then the result would be like this;
