Best I can tell, voice chat is not currently supported on any of the 2.2.x servers, but the other bug fixes and replacement bu ... features are there.

On Official WoW, the voice server is actually a separate server for lag reasons, so I'm not sure how that's going to work on the private scene, or even if it will work given the available funding. You can still always vent or team speak the people you want to chat with though.

I'm sure someone will code it in eventually, but it's still new enough that it *looks* like everyone is still just getting the base software to work before dealing with it.
