You didn;t understand anything ... you go to BWL to get tier 2 ...and because tier 2 sux then you trade it at the NPC for tier 2.5 ........ T_T let me give you another example . I get the tier 2 chest , let's say bloodfang from nefarian , then i would go to the NPC for tier 2.5 and turn in my bloodfang chest , for turning it in i get Deathdealer's chest ( tier 2.5 ) got it ?
