various small fixes,

honor system somewhat added to game

couple of new commands added.(type .commands to find them all)

new transportation master added, no need to wait for ships/zepps unless you want to... just talk to the transportation masters and they will teleport you.

Tier 1 vendor added to stormwind and thunderbluff. .recall there to buy.
