I choose option 2. While you guys are not horrible at it, you're also not extraordinary. Constructive criticism, not lashing out. Just seems these forums have grown a bit, and whereas there aren't many moderators to begin with, they're also not present enough to catch things before they start, or to reprimand etc. With so many new posts popping up, regarding the same issues that other board members are picking up on moderating to some degree. I think you guys are doing well, but there is always room for improvement.
