I Can't Donate At All

I have been trying to figure out why I can't donate. The page doesn't fully load with the buttons etc. I have tried the link in I.E and firefox nothing happens. Can someone pls fix this...Do I need another kind of addon or something because I guess ie needs it too. Does anyone else have this problem?

Notice at the top the server says ''the shack'' I accidentally made an acc in the shack yet i play the den. There is my problem, KP can you kindly switch it to the den for me. I believe that is why the buttons don't show up for me

lol silly you know I do, but yeah I want to just have stuff for all my toons if I can at least.
