css buttons - create once for many pages? - January 2nd, 2008

I'm very new to html. I have created some css buttons which I have as nav buttons on several pages. Everytime I want to change something or add a new button, I have to edit every file. Is there a way to create the buttons html in one file and link to it from each page, so I only have to edit one file if something changes?
