positioning help? HTML/CSS question.? - January 1st, 2008

Here is my webpage:

http://www.ivoog.com/link

See the big orange colored div? Right now it is right where I want it but there are two major problems.

Try resizing your browser's width. See how the orange colored div moves to the left if you make your browser's width smaller? I need it to stay in one place.

The second problem is with different browsers. The orange colored div is more to the left in IE than the Gecko browsers such as Firefox.

Can anyone help me resolve this? Please be specific as I am new to html and css. Best answer gets 10 points! Thank you
For the first problem. So if you resize your browser the.. well here's an example I found.

My 'orange' thing is just like the one that says Your User Agreement on this page. Resize your browser and you will see what I need. Thanks!
