Yeah you click 'Insert' up on top. Then click 'Movies and Sounds'. From there you can choose where you want to get the music from such from a file, or from an audio CD.

yes, and if you want it to keep playing across several slides you have to locate a duration menu and you tell the music should play for "x" number of slides.
