How do you center layers in Dreamweaver for all Resolutions? - December 24th, 2007

In Dreamweaver CS3 the layers are now called AP-DIV. How would I make this layer centered for all resolutions because the code I have currently does not work:

width:52px;
height:18px;
z-index:3;
left: 50%;
top: 50%;
}
