...need permission? It says I need permission, but this is my computer and I'm the only one who uses it.
It's a laptop and I have Vista.
How would I log in as an administrator?!?!?

First off, is your account password protected?
Their's two types of accounts: computer Adminastrator and limited. only the admins are allowed to make system wide changes. maybe its been attacked by virus. or maybe simply it is an important folder the computer needs.
