Installing Adobe CS3? - December 15th, 2007

Okay so when I install it i get this

Error: 1317. An error occured when trying to create the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files

then when i tried to install the Adobe Reader 8 it says (Right after it validates the installation)

Error 1303: The installer has insufficient priveleges to access this directory: C:\Program Files\Adobe. thye installation cannot continue. Please log on as a system administrator or contact your system administrator for support.

I AM an administrator, the only account on my computer so what do I do please help thanks
