VIsta help.. Themes and toolbars? - December 14th, 2007

I changed my theme on vista to windows 2000 version , just for kicks. When i decided to try and change it back to Aero, I couldn't! I could get the windows Vista theme on but the toolbar, window glossiness, all the vista stuff was not there! I have no idea what to do i have tryed everything please help
