...dreamweaver? I have used dreamweaver but I am not a web designer, so it seems complicated to me. Anything that can almost do what dreamweaver does but is more user friendly.

Are you familiar with HTML? What kind of website do you have? Pure HTML or DHTML or PHP, Ruby?
If you only need HTML and good at coding, you can use Notepad++ a very simple and good text editor which support many language.
Or you can simple use Frontpage, but it give up crapi code. That's the trade off
