How can I make a website with word?

you save the document as .html format
.html means its an html document...its the basic form of websites...
make sure you don't use print preview...since that is for printing...try using web preview is it? i dunno...
you can create hyperlinks as well...they are the "links" from one page to another...

i recommend microsoft front page...its much more of the web site creating thingy...
