Here are ways to stop it.

If you are married:
Have your set up that time thing that they use for kids. Your partner creates a parent account without you knowing the password and your partner sets the time to 3 hours and 2 hours break.

If your single:
Have a friend/roommate to bug you to get off or shut off the whole computer at certain times which both you and him agree on. (sign a contract just in case you get pissed at him and say you never made that deal.)

If you a kid:
Ask your parents for help. tell them to cancel the subscription.
