I had it for a while. I used it for carrying my files around . I did take care of it but at one point I noticed the head where it engages with the port to the computer is bent . and as a result of that, When I enter it into the port , non of the computers I use has recognized it . . So I admit the damage has been done and the device is not working properly . . Can I do something in order to make it work again !?
